#1) USAF's EC-121 (Originally USN's WV-2 "BuNo.141309")

I took these photos at McClellan Aerospace Museum near Sacramento, California.
The museum's "Warning Star" was given the USAF S/N.53-552 in honor of the 552nd Airborne Early Warning and Control Wing which was stationed at McCllellan from 1953 and 1977.
However, this was actually a Navy WV-2 (BuNo.141309) delivered to the Navy in August 1956.
It served with VW-13/15/2 and then to the Pacific Missile Range.
It was retired to Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona in March 1978 and was flown to the museum in April 1983.
カリフォルニア州サクラメント郊外に有る元空軍基地（McClellan AFB）に隣接する航空博物館で、このEC-121Dを撮影しました。
花曇りの天候で強い影ができず、細部写真を撮影するのには良い光線状態でした。
この機体はUSAFのマーキングで展示されていますが、実際には海軍のWV-2（BuNo.141309）でした。
AUG56に米海軍に納入された後、NAS.Pax.River(VW-13/15/2)及び1961年からはNAS.Point Mugu(Pacific Missile Range)で運用されました。
MAR78にはデビス･モンサンのボーンヤードへ送られてリタイアし、APR83にこの博物館に運ばれてきました。
博物館ではMcClellan AFBに所在していた552nd AEW&CWに敬意を表すために、同部隊のマーキングに塗り直したとのことです。

#2) EC-121T (s/n. 30548, N548GF)

At the time of my visit to Yanks Air Museum in November 2012, this EC-121T was (still is?) the world's only flyable Lockheed EC-121 Super Constellation (Warning Star).
So, the external views of this aircraft should be almost the same as its service days.
カリフォルニア州チノのYanks Air Museumに保管されている本機は、撮影時点（2012年）では現存する世界で唯一の飛行可能なスーパーコンステレーションとの説明を受けました。
よって、他の博物館で展示されているEC-121と比べて、（当然ですが）余計な鳥害対策の金網や針金なども無く、現役時代の外観をほとんど完全な状態で残しています。
軍用機マニアとしてちょっとシラケたのは、垂直尾翼に大きく描かれた博物館のロゴマークでした。

The following photos show under surfaces of the fuselage (middle section) of VC-121A (s/n.8614, "Columbine") displayed at Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona.
ツーソンのピマ博物館に保管されているVC-121A (s/n.8614, "Columbine")の中央胴体下面（主翼との接合部）を写しました。
EC-121ではその部分がレドームで覆われているので、レドーム無しのプラモを作る場合のパネルライン確認参考用として写しました。
