#1) VC-131D (ex-Florida ANG, s/n.54-2808)

I took these photos at March Field Air Museum in Riverside, California.
The aircraft retained its Florida ANG markings.
I photographed under surfaces of the fuselage and wings of the aircraft,
and due to the reflection from the desert sand, the surfaces were pictured in sandy color.
カリフォルニア州リバーサイドに有るマーチ空軍基地に隣接する航空博物館で、このVC-131Dを撮影しました。
まだリタイア前のフロリダANGのマーキングを残しています。
ここの博物館は空軍基地に隣接している関係でバックパックや三脚等の持ち込みが禁止されています。
（一脚は見逃されました！）
機体表面は程良く錆び付き、また砂漠の砂も機体下面の段差部分にこびり付き、機体表面のパネルラインやリベット（ネジ）ラインがクッキリと浮き出して写っています。

#2) C-131F (ex-USN's NAF Andrews, BuNo.141013, N9030V)

I took these photos at Yanks Air Museum in Chino, California in 2012.
This C-131F was delivered to the US Navy in January 1956.
The aircraft was operated at NAF Andrews, Washington DC for twenty years from 1962 until 1982.
The the aircraft was transferred for storage to the MASDC at Tucson, Arizona in August 1982.
Majority of the aircraft surfaces are natural metal or painted in light grey, so you can clearly recognize panel lines and rivet lines from the walk-around photos shown below.
カリフォルニア州チノに有るYanks Air MuseumでこのC-131Fを撮影しました。
本機は1956年1月に米海軍へ納入され、現役期間後半の1962年から1982年の二十年間はワシントンDCにあるNAFアンドリューズで運用されていました。
その後現役を退いて1982年5月にツーソンのボーンヤード（MASDC）に送られました。
博物館における同機は屋外に野ざらし状態でしたが、カリフォルニアの強い太陽光線で塗装面の退色は激しいです。
しかし、機体表面のかなりの部分は無塗装銀であり、パネルラインやリベットラインの確認には大変役に立ちそうな細部写真が撮れました。

#3) T-29B (s/n.51-7906, VT-29, 3C-#21)

I took the photos below at Pima Air Museum in Tucson Arizona in November 2011.
This airframe was built in 1951 and used until the 1970s as a navigation and radar training airplane at NAS Corpus Christi, Texas.
The aircraft was still in fairly good condition at the time of my photography.
アリゾナ州ツーソンの砂漠の中にあるPima Air Museumで2011年に撮影した元米海軍VT-29（ベースはテキサス州のNAS Corpus Christi）のT-29Bです。
同機は1951年に製造されて、1970年代まで現役で練習機（航法訓練及びレーダー訓練）として使われていました。
砂漠の照り返しで機体下面の細部写真はかなり砂漠色がかってしまいました。

I took the photos below at Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum in Pueblo, Colorado in August 2013.
I visitted this museum during my stay in Loveland Colorado for IPMS National Convention.
The aircraft was displayed in a cramped corner of the display hangar, so I was not able to photograph from some distance.
Good thing was.....I was able to photograph cockpit and cabin details of this aircraft.
コロラド州デンバー郊外で開催された2013年のIPMS National Conventionに参加しましたが、その期間内の余暇を使ってプエブロまで車を飛ばして、この博物館を訪問しました。
C-131は米国内ではあちこちの博物館に展示されていますが、沿岸警備隊のHC-131Aは珍しい機体で、しかも操縦室やキャビン内が公開されていました。
見学者もほとんどいないマイナーな博物館だったので、ゆっくり撮影出来ました。
機体表面の塗装はほとんど傷んでいないため、返ってパネルラインやリベット/ネジ類が少し見えづらい状態でした。
とにかく展示機がギッシリ詰め込まれたハンガーの片隅に展示されていた為、機体全景を撮ることも出来ませんでした。
