I photographed this F-5A of the Republic of Korea AF (ROKAF)
at Osan airshow in South Korea in October 2012. This a/c. was
displayed in the airshow and it was still preserved in fairly good
conditions.
この元韓国空軍のF-5Aは2012年の烏山エアショーで写しました。
韓国のｴｱｼｮｰには初めて行ったので、あまり目立つような撮影
は控えました。よって、機体下面に潜り込んでの下面細部写真
や一脚を使っての高い位置からの胴体上面写真は手控えました。
でもそれらの細部写真は次のノルウェー空軍のF-5Aでバッチリ
写しておりますので、そちらをご覧ください。

#2) Norwegian 66-9207 (ex-"RX-R", #207)
Western Museum of Flight
Torrance, CA. USA

Due to the special connection with the Norwegian AF, this
small museum received this F-5A from Norway back in 1995.
The 20mm cannons were removed from this aircraft, but the
remainning parts were still retained in the gun bay. I was told
that the a/c still retained most of the original paint/markings.
The hangar door right next to this museum was painted in red
and the reddish sunlight reflected from the door streamed into
the museum. So, many of the photos (especially the right side
of the fuselage) turned out to the reddish pictures. So sorry
for that !!. (Please refer to the photo at left.)
日系企業が多いロス郊外のトーランス市に小さな航空博物館があります。そこでは元ノルウェー空軍のF-5Aが展示されています。
何故こんな所に？と思い博物館員に聞きましたが、古いノルウェー軍機のレストア活動が縁で、1995年にF-5Aを退役直後に贈呈
されたそうです。館員の話では現役当時の塗装とマーキングをそのまま保存してあるそうですが、一部は塗り直しているそう
です。20ﾐﾘ機関砲は外されていますが、ガンベイ内のその他の部品はそのまま残されています。当博物館の正面にトーランス
空港の格納庫が並んでいますが、その扉が赤く塗ってあり、そこに反射した太陽光が博物館の中に差し込んでいました。
よって、赤っぽい太陽光が主に機体の右側に当たっています。従って、かなり赤っぽい写真がありますが、悪しからず。

#3) Greek AF 68-9071
National War Museum
Athens, Greece

I took the following walk-around photos at the War Museum
in Athens, Greece. It was displayed outdoors right in front
of the museum building. It was preserved in fairly good
conditions except for the nose landing gear.
観光都市アテネ（訪問時はデモが頻発してました）の中心
に程近い場所に戦争博物館が有り、その前庭にこのF-5A
が展示されていました。機体の一部が日陰になっていた為、
日の当たっている左面を中心に写しています。保管状況は
脚部を除き比較的良好でした。
