The first prototype TSR-2 "XR219" made its maiden flight from Boscombe Down on 27SEP64.
However, "XR219" was the only TSR-2 aircraft which was actually flown, and as you well know, the TSR2 programme was cancelled in April 1965.
The second machine "XR-220" was scheduled to make its first flight during the morning of 06APR65, but it was delayed until afternoon due to minor fault.
In the afternoon of the same day (06APR65), the cancellation of TSR2 programme was officially announced and all TSR2 aircraft were grounded permanently.
Currently (as of 2014) only two TSR-2 aircraft are preserved and displayed in England and I took walk-around photos of these two aircraft at RAFM Cosford
and at IWM Duxford in June/July 2014. I think Cosford aircraft was preserved in better conditions, and so most of the photos shown below are picked from the Cosford a/c "XR220".
TSR-2初号機"XR219"がBoscombe Downで初飛行したのは27SEP64でした。
しかしながら、この"XR219"が実際に空を飛んだ唯一のTSR-2となり、皆様ご存知の通り翌年4月（06APR65）には本プログラムはキャンセルされてしまいました。
キャンセル直後に全てのTSR-2の飛行は禁止され、既に完成していた機体や組立途上の機体の大半は処分されてしまいました。
ただし現在でも二機のTSR-2が英国の航空博物館に保存・展示されており、小生はこれら二機の細部写真を2014年6〜7月に撮影してきました。
両機を比較すると、Cosfordに展示されている"XR220"の方が保管状態が良好で、且つウエポンベイやエアブレーキを開けるなど展示方法もマニア好みのため、
以下の細部写真の大半はCosfordの"XR220"から選びました。

This "XR220" was the second machine of the TSR-2. The aircraft was displayed with its air brakes, weapons bay doors and electronic compartment door in open position.
この"XR220"はTSR-2の二号機で、TSR-2プログラムのキャンセルが公式に発表された06APR65の午前中に初飛行が予定されていました。
しかし、機体のマイナートラブルにより飛行予定がその日の午後に延期となり、初飛行直前にTSR-2プログラムのキャンセルが決まってしまったと言う悲運の機体です。

This "XR222" was displayed on the ground level as shown on the photo at left, so I was able to photograph upper surfaces of the aircraft from the upper deck (2nd floor).
Unfortunately, all hydraulic lines and electric wires were removed from the main landing gears.
左写真の如く、本機は二階のデッキからも撮影できるので、翼や胴体の上面も遠目ではありますが撮影できました。
但し、主脚柱からは油圧配管や電気配線が全て取り外されており、あまり保管状態は良くないように感じました。
