A photo at left shows an Avro RJ70 "G-BVRJ" of QinetiQ with ETPS(Empire Test Pilots' School) markings on final approach to RAF Waddington on 04JUL14.

This aircraft was displayed at Waddington airshow in July 2014 and I took some walk-around photos of this aircraft.
QinetiQ own and operate this Avro RJ70.
QinetiQ is a British multinational defence technology company HQ'd in Farnborough,
and it is the part of the former UK government agency, Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, privatised in 2001.
RJ70 "G-BVRJ" was built in 1994 and initially flew as an airliner with Air Malta.
It has been operated by multiple airliners since, before being purchased by QinetiQ in 2012.
This RJ70 is used by 206(R) Squadron for transporting personnel & freight, trial flying, continuation training and ferry flights.
ETPS(Empire Test Pilot School) is run by the MoD and QinetiQ under Long Term Partnering Agreement("LTPA" as shown on the fuselage).

写真の背景（下側）には外来展示機を待ち構えている多くのカメラマンが写っています。
以下の細部写真はエアショー会場に展示された同機を撮影したものです。
QinetiQ社は英国ベースの防衛技術関連（多国籍）企業ですが、その母体は元英国官庁のDefence Evaluation and Research Agency（DERA）だそうです。
このDERAの一部門が民営化されてQinetiQ社が設立されたようです。
本機RJ70 "G-BVRJ"は1994年に民間旅客機として生産され、最初はAir Maltaに就航しましたが、その後複数の航空会社を渡り歩き、2012年にQinetiQ社が購入しました。
現在このRJ70は英空軍206(R)飛行隊で使われています。
尾翼マークのETPSは英国防省とQinetiQ社がLong Term Partnering Agreement（LTPA）契約に基づき運営されているようですが、ETPSと206(R)飛行隊の関連は小生には良くわかりません。
前述の"LTPA"の文字が前部胴体側面に表記されています。
