#1) Nimrod MR.2
I photographed the following two Nimrod MR.2s in England in June/July 2014.
The following walk-around photos are combination of these two Nimrod photos.
I put the serial numbers (XV226, XV250) superimposed on each and every photo for your reference.

"XV226", Cold War Jets Collection, in Bruntingthorpe, England

This Nimrod "XV226" was flown into Bruntingthorpe on 29APR10, and it was subsequently transferred to the "Cold War Jets Collection".
The aircraft still retained its special markings of "40 years of Nimrod Operations 1969-2009",
and it was maintained in taxiable conditions at the time of my photography.
当機はRAFでのご奉公を終了した後、29APR10に"Cold War Jets Collection"が所在するBruntingthorpeに飛来しました。
この写真を撮った時点では、本機はまだ高速タキシングが可能な状態に維持・整備されていました。
また、現役時代のスペシャルマーキング"40 years of Nimrod Operations 1969-2009"が残されていました。
ウエポンズベイが開いた状態で駐機していたため、その内部も撮影できました。
"XV250", Yorkshire Air Museum, in Elrington, England

This Nimrod "XV250" was also preserved and maintained in very good conditions with its engines still operational.
このニムロッドも非常に良い状態に維持・整備されており、当博物館のエアショーでは本機のエンジンをかけるデモも見せているそうです。

#2) Nimrod R.1
I photographed the following two Nimrod R.1s in England in June/July 2014.

"XV249", Royal Air Force Museum Cosford, England

This "XV249" was delivered as an "MR.1" to RAF Kinloss on 02FEB71. It was converted to "MR.2" and delivered to RAF Kinloss on 06MAR85.
"XV249" was again converted from MR.2 to "R.1" during 1995-96, and finally retired from RAF service in 2011.
The aircraft was transferred to RAFM Cosford in 2012.
本機はニムロッドMR.1として02FEB71にRAF Kinlossへ新規配備されました。1985年に"MR.2"へ改修された後、1995-96年には"R.1"電子偵察機へと改造されました。
2011年にRAF現役からリタイアし、翌年にここRAFM Cosfordへ搬入されたそうです。現役当時の塗装をそのまま残しています。
"XW664", East Midlands Aeropark, England

This "XW664" was the first Nimrod "R.1" to be delivered to 51 Sqdn in 1971. "XW664" retired from RAF service in 2011, arriving at the Aeropark later that same year.
当機はNimrod "R.1"として最初（1971年）に現役配備（51 Sqdn）された機体です。2011年に現役を退き、その年の内にここEast Midlands Aeroparkに運び込まれました。
屋外に展示されていますが、まだ保存状態は良好です。
