Roden made it !! It was GREAT !! I was so happy to buy a Roden kit of T-28 Trojan in 1/48 scale. I plan to build this T-28
kit during the first half of 2013 in order to make entry to the IPMS/USA's 2013 National Convention in Colorado. This time,
I will have to hand-carry my model from Japan all the way to the US for the 2013 National Convention, so I chose this T-28
mainly because this is small enough to hand-carry all the way to Colorado. I plan to add detailed rivet lines all around the
surfaces of the T-28 model to be prepared for the IPMS National contest. The photographs shown below will show you all
the surface details (panel lines and rivet lines) of the T-28 Trojan.
ローデンがやってくれましたね。1/48のT-28B/Dです。早速購入しました。2013年の前半にこれを完成させて、８月の
IPMS/USA National Convention（全米ｺﾝﾃｽﾄ）に出品する予定です。今まで撮り貯めたT-28Bの細部写真が沢山有ります
ので、それらを良く見ながら機体表面のパネルラインを全部彫り直して、全面にリベットを打ち込むつもりです。皆様の中で

This T-28B was displayed on the flight deck of the USS.
Hornet Museum at Alameda, California. This T-28B was
painted in old NAVY scheme of Orange-Yellow overall. I
did take a lot of walk-around photos of almost all external
details for this a/c.
かつてリザーブの大きな海軍航空基地があったアラメダ
に、空母USS.Hornetが係留されており、現在では博物館
になっています。その甲板上にこのT-28Bが50年代当時の
の海軍トレーナー色であるオレンジイエローに塗られて展示されて
いました。このオレンジイエローの塗装色は1959年より現在でも
使われている赤と白のトレーナーカラーに変わっています。

This T-28D was displayed in a small airshow at Shelby airport
near Birmingham, Alabama. This a/c was painted in the 60's
paint scheme of the Royal Laotian AF. The a/c was privately
owned and it was paited beautifully.
アラバマ州の田舎町にある小さな民間飛行場で行われた小さな
エアショーに展示されていた、個人所有の飛行可能なT-28Dです。
60年代のラオス空軍の機体を再現した塗装とマーキングが施されて
います。操縦席内も撮影させてもらいましたが、本機が民間
籍になった後に、操縦席のどこがどの様に変更されている
のか、その詳細は小生にはわかりません。

This beautiful T-28B was displayed at Langley airshow
on 29APR07. I had a chance to photograph its baggage
compartment under the fuselage and the inside of the
upper right engine cowling.
本機はラングレー空軍基地のエアショーに地上展示されていた個人
所有のT-28Bです。ここでの収穫はエンジンカウリング（右上）内
と胴体下の荷物室を撮影出来たことです。とにかくきれいな
飛行機でした。

National Museum of the USAF

This T-28B on display was flown to the USAF Museum in
March 1987. It is painted as a VNAF T-28B assigned to
Bien-Hoa AB in 1962 where USAF pilots trained and flew
combat missions with VNAF crews in Operation Farm Gate.
本機はデイトンの空軍博物館の天井から吊り下げられている元
米海軍籍のT-28Bです。本博物館ではOperation Farm Gate
当時（1962年頃）にビエンホアで運用されていた南ベトナム空軍機
の姿を再現した塗装で展示されています。

This T-28B was displayed at Millington airshow in TN
in 2005. The only reason why I show you the following
photos is that they clearly depict the rivet lines on
the fuselage, under consideration that some of you must
must be interested in adding rivet lines by yourself on
the Roden kit, just like me.
本機はテネシー州のMillington（元NAS.Memphis）における
エアショーで展示されていた個人所有のT-28Bです。
これらの写真を掲載した唯一の理由は光線状態の関係
で胴体や尾翼のリベットラインが明瞭に写っているから
です。ローデンのキットにリベットラインを追加される方は是非お役立て下さい。

This is the only T-28"C" I photofraphed in walk-around fashion. I concentrated mainly on the tail-hook section and the cockpit interior in my walk-around photography.
The aircraft was preserved in fairly good condition indoors.
ローデンから"C"型の1/48トロージャンも追加発売されましたね。よって、C型の細部写真も掲載することにしました。本機はコロラド州プエブロ空港に隣接する航空博物館に展示されている
機体で、保存状態はかなり良好です。C型の特徴である着艦フック周りや尾部を中心に写しました。キャノピーが空いていたのでコックピットの中もよじ登って写しました。

I photographed this T-28B at Rocky Mountain Airport in Denver, CO during the airshow held in August 2013. I visited the Denver area at that time in order to attend the IPMS
National Convention held in Loveland, CO. This T-28B was parked on the flight line for the demo-aircraft.
IPMS/USAのナショナルコンベンションに参加するために2013年8月にデンバーを訪問しましたが、ちょうどその期間中に近くの民間空港でエアショーがあり、そこで写したのがこのT-28Bです。
恐らく個人オーナーの所有機と思われますが、まだ現役の飛行可能機です。
